About Nick
Nick leads the Data & Portfolio Operations team which covers market data, portfolio performance and management information. Nick joined Big Society Capital in 2013, working first in the Finance Team, then the Investment Team and lately the Core Team.
Prior to joining the team, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nick established a debt counselling centre on a London council estate and was the Financial Controller for a profit-with-purpose jewellery company. He then set up a social enterprise in Zimbabwe and worked for Resurgo, a social enterprise that helps unemployed young people get work. Nick is on the advisory board of social enterprise, Well Kneaded, which combines sustainable food and youth work. He is also a trustee and treasurer of XLP, a charity helping create positive futures for young people growing up on inner-city estates in London.
