About Morinade

Morinade joined the team in October 2023 as an On Purpose Associate working across our Investment and Social Sector Engagement teams. She is currently working on a just transition investment strategy and a platform to increase the access to finance for diverse leaders. She joined BSC from New Philanthropy Capital working as a consultant across evaluation, philanthropy and theorising change.  

Morinade brings previous experience from working with creative and third sector organisations across strategy, business development, community engagement and research. She is the DEI lead governor in a primary school and on the steering group for SENDIASS, a support service for parents of, and young people with special education needs.
