About Samuel

Samuel joined the team in September 2023 as a Policy Advisor (Civil Service Secondee). His key responsibilities are Government engagement and horizon scannng.

Prior to joining, he worked for HMRC as a policy Advisor contributing to the government’s commitment to modernise and digitalise the business rates system through the DBR project. Before this, Samuel worked for DLUHC in the stakeholder and engagement/ strategy team on the planning reform programme which looked at how we might develop new and revise current national planning policy to support our wider objectives.
