About Madelaine
Madelaine joined the team in October 2022 as an On Purpose associate, working on the Impact VC platform and playbook and also organizational Learning Strategy support.
Prior to joining, Madelaine worked as a partnerships manager in the energy sector, working with energy providers to better balance demand on the electric grid by leveraging smart home technology. Prior to that, she worked on a start-up social enterprise developing plastic free hygiene products while creating employment opporuntunities for folks with developmental disabilities.
