About Laurice
Laurice joined the team in March 2022 as Senior Director of People and Talent. Her key responsibilities are EDI related HR projects and initiatives, leadership support, employee practices and managing employee relations as required.
Prior to joining Big Society Capital, Laurice worked in the Education and Charity sectors in an HR capacity. During this time she was able to build experience across a number of HR disciplines and developed a particular passion for talent development and organisational change. Her most recent experience being at The Prince's Trust as Senior Head of Talent and Organisational Development.
