About Laura
Laura joined the team in October 2022 as an On Purpose Associate, one her main focuses will be supporting the Fund Manager Support Programme.
Before joining Big Society Capital, Laura worked for almost 4 years with Xynteo, an impact-focussed consultancy and advisory firm, working with leaders from some of the world’s largest organisations. Here she project managed Xynteo’s Leadership Vanguard programme, supporting a diverse, cross-sector, set of emerging c-suite leaders to develop people and planet positive business interventions in relation to big global challenges, such as regenerative cities.
