Juan Camilo joined Big Society Capital in November 2021 as a Portfolio Financial Performance Manager. His key responsibilities are analysing financial performance and monitoring the portfolio track record. He also assists with the development of the valuation and forecasting processes at both deal level and product level.

Prior to joining the team, Juan Camilo worked at Boster Group, a London-based independent consultancy that creates brand partnerships for global corporations, foundations and cultural institutions.

Before that he worked at Porvenir (Colombia’s largest pension fund) for three years as an Equity Research Analyst, providing investment recommendations across six industry sectors in Latin America, including Financial Institutions, Utilities, and Oil & Gas.
