About Ismat
Ismat joined the team in January 2023 as an Investor Engagement Manager, where she works on supporting trusts and foundations with their endownment and mission-led investments and also our work on innovation in early stage impact funds.
Prior to joining, Ismat spent four years setting up and running her own circular economy social enterprise, Kipple. She has a background in environmental and social impact consulting across a variety of roles in India and the UK.
