About Nica
Nica joined the team in April 2023 as People & Talent Officer, where she works to support recruitment administration and manages HR systems and databases.
Prior to joining, Nica worked as a Recruitment Specialist for the manufacturing and engineering sector; building relationships and working directly with clients in Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
