Alexandra's role as Senior Investment Team Officer is focussed around providing additional support to the Investment team.

Prior to joining Big Society Capital, Alexandra was the Learning and Development Executive at the Directory of Social Change overseeing the administration and logistics of in-house L&D programmes, managing stakeholder relationships, budget forecasting, finances and contracts. It also involved supporting charities to create their L&D programmes for their staff, members and volunteers. 

Alexandra also previously worked and interned in the public health sector.
