Hugo Sintes has worked in a number of charities in advisory and management roles. Most recently, he led Oxfam’s Enterprise Development Programme, one of the first impact investment funds to be set up by an international charity, and which invests in early stage social enterprises in developing countries. Prior to that, he managed economic development programmes for various charities in Guatemala and Tanzania; and also worked as a management consultant for financial institutions in Europe. Hugo joins BSC to support the development of the new strategy and is currently focusing on our work around housing and homelessness. He is an advisor of Staying First, the social enterprise of Shepherd’s Bush Housing Group, which provides services that allow people to live independently in decent homes in West London.
